Lost in the World

A child is born into the world a free spirit, innocent and unknowing, helpless and trusting and running on feelings and emotions. There are many situations that a child may be born into; some fortunate and some not so fortunate. You’ve heard it said ‘we are all born equal,’ the truth is that this only applies to the first moments of life in this world.

 

We all come with a mission, and for some this hidden memory is buried so deep it is almost lost. For others the memory surfaces and becomes a driving force; they know they were born for a reason but they don’t know the reason.

 

In the beginning the soul and body are one, the spiritual and material are balanced, but the scales are soon tipped as the child is drawn more and more into the material world.

 

As a child grows, its spiritual side is subdued because the knowledge it acquires comes from other souls around it, as it interacts with and is taught by them. The child is made to conform to the rules laid down by those whose reality is of the world and even loving parents may see the world as their greatest reality. There are those who either see no spiritual reality or those who are spiritually deceived.

 

Also, growing up into an adult means losing contact with the spiritual senses, and accepting only the reality of the material world. The needs of the physical body then become the most important consideration.

 

When the soul sleeps, the animal reigns, yet some souls refuse to sleep. With knowledge we lose our innocence and peace, with understanding, we regain them.

 

You are a soul and you have a mission, it is time to awaken from the deceit of the deceived. Because of the deception in the world, you have remained in your innocence.
