26/01/10 - I have posted part two of Self Realization. Once again, I would appreciate any feedback. Remember that we are on a journey that is being taken one step at a time and at this stage, no attempt should be made to go further than what is presented.
19/01/10 - I have posted part one of Self Realization. I would appreciate your views as to how effective it is and how easy it is to understand. I am at present working on part two.
17/01/10 - I have added a new Home Page and I am at present working on an article called 'Self Realization' which will probably be the most important and profound article that I have written so far, and the most valuable to you in your quest for absolute self realization and enlightenment. I will post as soon as I can but for now, I apologise for my absence.

8/01/10 - The article 'Freedom' has now been posted on its own page and 'Letting Go' has been added beneath it.
